ClusterStar KG provides its network with a wide variety of education programmes.

Seminars

In order to enhance the soft skills of each student business consultant, we provide our Profit Centers with seminars. These seminars mainly include presentation techniques, team seminars and conduct of negotiation. That way, the consultants are supposed to improve their soft skills and enable them to work in project teams. The seminars are held by members of the Profit Center who have shown themselves interested in the topic. Of course, the seminars are free of charge to the participating members. Thanks to a feedback based quality management, the lecturer will be enabled to get to know his or her strengths and weaknesses.
Consultants, who perform well in internal seminars, will be given the opportunity to hold external seminars.

Web conferencing

ClusterStar KG offers online seminars about consulting related topics such as change management, project management or strategic management. The seminars are mostly held in conference calls including up to six consultants from all over the world. This approach ensures the continual exchange of knowledge.

Web based case studies

The case studies are offered within the competence centers in order to enhance knowledge and consultant skills within the competence network. Each consultant in the competence network may elaborate and join case studies.

Discussion boards

In order to support informal exchange of knowledge, the Virtual Office includes discussion boards within the competence centers. This way, informal exchange of knowledge between highly specialized consultants will be made accessible for each consultant. It is then the task of the CIO to make the knowledge part of the knowledge management system.
