Assistant

After successfully passing the application process, the applicant will start off with an assistant project to become a full member of the ClusterStar network.

Business Analyst

The consultant starting at ClusterStar begins his career on the level of a Business Analyst. Business Analysts work in a project team as equal consultants together with consultants of the higher ranks. Nevertheless, the Project Manager, who has already achieved a higher level and who has got the most experience within the particular field, is responsible for the respective project.

Manager

After one successfully accomplished project or one client acquisition, the Business Analyst will be made into a Manager. From this time on, the consultant may lead a team under the precondition that he has demonstrably got fundamental knowledge in the respective field.
Moreover, the Manager will be given the opportunity to take over a position as a Profit Center Manager . As such he is responsible for a Profit Center, e.g. Profit Center London.

Senior Manager

After two projects as a Project Manager and at least one client acquisition, the Manager will be made into a Senior Manager. The Senior Manager can be elected Regional Manager, e.g. UK Manager. The Senior Manager is entitled to vote in the board.

Partner

A Regional Manager who is proposed by at least two other Regional Managers, has already lead four projects and has shown himself engaged and motivated, will be made into a Partner.
